Why can’t I download every image?
Rights belong to each exact image record. The Download button appears only when the Gallery marks that image openaccess=1. A work can be historically important and still have a restricted photograph.
What’s the difference between Save, Keep Offline, and Download?
Save adds a work to your in-app Library. Keep Offline stores an app-managed viewing copy. Download exports a lasting image file to Photos, Files, or another destination you choose.
Is this the Gallery’s official app?
No. This is an independent companion. For official hours, closures, policies, and visitor notices, always check nga.gov/visit.

Your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, the artwork title, and what you expected to happen help us solve the issue faster. Never send passwords or payment information.
